How to move a tag / subtag to another day?

Is there an easier way to move a tag or subtag from one day to another than this obvious one:
1. quadruple-click the tag in order to get into the edit mode (two single clicks do the same but it's not as quick),
2. copy the content of the tag to the clipboard,
3. go to the target day,
4. add a new tag by
  - selecting the category of the copied tag
  - inserting the copied content from the clipboard
  - clicking on "OK" to create the tag ?

Currently there isn't, but I think copy/cut/paste should be added for
tags, I agree.
