RN Portable 1.2 rev 2 equivalent to RN 1.3?

Wanted to download the latest version of RN for windows XP.

Saw that RN 1.3 came out a while agao but I use RN Portable and on portableapps the latest version is still 1.2.0 rev 2.

So I wanted to know if the 'rev 2' part means it's the same as the normal 1.3 version?

And if not, when can we expect the 1.3 version in portable?

No, those are two different versions. You'll have to ask the portable
apps guys (maybe in the PA forum).
