Icon doesn't show up on Ubuntu 18.04

I have installed this software on Ubuntu 18.04. However it didn't show up on my panel. I have restarted my computer 3 times but unfortunatelly nothing happened. I'm using gnome 3.28.2

Is there any other way to kick start this app? Is it even compatible with Ubuntu 18.04 bionic beaver?

Unfortunately Gnome shell does not support normal indicators, only app indicators, so indicator-notifications will not be loaded.

It does work with Unity, gnome-flashback, and mate in 18.04 and 18.10.
