Install on Linux Mint had issues

Asked by Stew Bottorf

I attempted to install in Linux Mint using Ubuntu apt-get (Mint is based on Ubuntu). Can't find gtk-sunlight.

Downloaded all three deb files and tried a manual install. Each fails with this status:
Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: libatk1.0.0(>= 1.29.3)

Any advice?

Do you have that package installed? If not, you will need to install it. Check out: http://community.linuxmint.com/software/view/libatk1.0-0

for more info on the package.

Ok, thank you for the report. This is the first time I heard about this package affecting RSW but thank you I'll add it to the dependencies.

I do have this package installed, but adding it to the dependencies it breaks RSW at compile time.

This must be an isolated issue. Did you try installing the package first?

Can you help with this problem?
