Trouble downloading NEF Raw images from D800

I run RPD in linux and it works with my D7000 JPG, my D800 JPG, but not the larger, compressed D800 Raw files.

Through camera or through SD USB reader.

My apologies. I believe my problem is with my camera mounting, not with RPD.

If I manually copy the NEF Raw images to ~/tmp and then point RPD to that path, it works fine.
