Possibility to select pictures we want before import ?

Hi,
This question is for ask the possibility of a new feature. In the future, will be it possible to select pictures we want before import (thanks to thumbnails)?
Of course, the first scan extend the software opening, but that can be useful for some reason ( when we don't remove pictures in the APN, when photos was modified and move in the PC, etc.).
And if it's in option, that give choice to users between a very fast download or a fine selection.

Otherwise, thanks a lot for share your work !
