Boot test did not wait for virtual machine to be fully available

Does rally have the function to test the startup completion of the virtual machine, such as the login interface or Ping Service. Now the boot test seems to only test the time from BUILD to ACTIVE of the virtual machine
For example, confirm that the virtual machine starts successfully through Ping arrive.
