How to attend to the IRC meeting in every week?

These meetings are regular, but sometimes they can be finished in 20-30 minutes. We are trying to not miss them, but if you do not find us there at right time, please ping me(nick:andreykurilin) at #openstack-rally channel.

Also, please note that next week is a Summit, so I suppose that we will miss that two meetings(dates: 24 and 31 October).
