how do I use tasks/yaml or json file to use specify usage of keystone api v3?

I need to specify OS_AUTH_URL=http://xx.xx.xx.xx:<port>/v3 for monasca. How do I use tasks config file (yaml or json) to do it?

Hi!
Rally supports api_version context which was designed to specify non-default api versions.
Unfortunately logic for keystoneclient in rally was not designed to setup version. I already push a patch which add ability to change this - https://review.openstack.org/#/c/235360
