Update for the Docker image

Are you planning to update the Docker image with the new Rally release (0.1.0)?
Currently the Rally's version in the image is the 0.0.5.

The problem is that pbr works in such way that it shows version x.y.z+1 so it will show 0.0.5 instead of 0.1.0

As you can see there is already image for 0.1.0 https://hub.docker.com/r/rallyforge/rally/tags/ and there will be soon image for 0.1.1 as well master should show 0.1.2 now
