how to specify the glance url in the rally?

how to specify the glance url in the rally?
I have a trouble:
  after deployment use fuel tool,the Public url, and the admin url and internal url is different.there is only one network that access the admin url.so when run 'rally deployment check'.the result show: Can't establish a connection.because rally access to the public url or internal url.
The problem is comming:
   the rally how access to specify url,or only admin url.
