nova boot and delete scenario issue in network

Hi, Rally Team

I'm new to this rally world, when i running rally to run nova boot&delete testcases againt my openstack, it run into a error for boot a VM.
By debugging, i find out, this is because of nova boot defined in nova boot scenarios use a random generated tenant and user, however, my openstack is customized, it may need a public network is available for a tenant to boot a vm. so it comes to a question, in nova boot&delete json, it only defined the image info, and flavor info, it doesn't require a network info, and also i need to create a public network based on the random generated tenant, can this step be added into this scenarios? and how to? much thanks!!!

Actually you can specify any information in args: not only image & flavor. As well what network to use. (any arguments that actually accept std nova python client)
