Quickly

impossible to install quickly

as found in README (in sources : quickly-0.2.4.tar.gz)

1- I added those 4 lines in /etc/apt/sources.list

#quickly
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/quickly/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/quickly/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/pitti/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/pitti/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main

2- I updated pitti and quickly keys :
$ sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 8683D8A2
$ sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys B3FE6838

3- $ sudo apt-get update => ok

4- $ sudo apt-get install quickly
=> Impossible de trouver le paquet quickly

Did i miss some step ?

Hey,

Quickly is only available in karmic as of today. That's why you don't find it in jaunty. It can be ported with some Community help.

Can you share with us where you saw this procedure to install quickly in jaunty so that we can remove this wrong information?

Thanks a lot, and think that karmic is just one week to go. You'll be able to install Quickly then :)

Oh, I read to "quickly :)", I didn't updated the README for quite a long time. Right. I will do so then :)
