ALTERNATE_INTERFACE reverted back

I have set the below on config.inc.local.php:

define('ALTERNATE_INTERFACE','true');

and it worked. I have got a different, more elegant interface for the operator panel.

About 2 hours later the interface reverted back to the original design. My configuration has not been changed.

Please advice.

You may have enabled VoIP for an operator.

Once VoIP is enabled, the alternate interface is not presented to the operator as it is not compatible with VoIP dialing.

Hi Adam,

That must be it as i happened when i enabled VoIP.
Too bad the alternate interface is not compatible with VoIP :(

At the moment i am trying to find a suitable VoIP client that can dial via command line, so that i can edit the Registry to have that VoIP client respond to "callto:" URL's.

Skype did it automatically, but when i press Dial (on the Alternate interface) it opens Skype but doesnt automatically dial.
