Assigning operators to questionnaire

Asked by Nicolas Truchaud

When assigning operators to a questionnaire, we have 3 choices :

1/ either we generate massively case ids to a questionnaire by selecting YES to "generate cases for all sample records" from "assign sample to questionnaire" : In this case, it appears that operators doesn't have access to participants.

2/ either we assign manually case ids to participants from the sample management > search the sample

3/ either we assign manually from questionnaire management > cases status and assignment by clicking checkbox for every participants

Choices 2 and 3 are impossible to do when having many participants : is there a way to assign massively case ids to an operator ? Or have we missed something ? What should we check ?

Thanks for your answers,
Nicolas

PS. sincerely, we are really amazed by the power of queXS, as far as we discover it

Hi Nicolas,

You should not need to generate all cases in advance unless you as using a "web first" methodology. queXS should create a case by drawing a record from a sample if and when required.

Assigning operators to questionnaires should be all that is required to allow cases to be created for operators.

If this isn't the case - there may be a configuration / installation issue. Please let me know what version of queXS, PHP and MySQL are installed.

Can you please confirm the behaviour of queXS if you enable "System wide
case sorting"?

You should not need to generate all cases in advance.
