Empty case list in user view

Hi, thank you very much for your hard effort developing queXS.
I'm using latest 2.1.2 version, running on a hosted linux server, and I fixed the timezones issue because i have no control for it.
I have a problem with a big list of people to call, I managed to upload it sucessfully to server, assign to questionnarie, to users, to time shifts and slots, and finally they can see everything but the next call...
I managed to get this by manually asigning a case ID, and later manually assign to users in case assign, but there's no possible to do this in bulk mode. What I'm missing? I just wont to see cases appearing in my users' screens.
