issue with Action and Status section

Hi all

i am new on queXS and i am testing queXS-1.13.1 with my freepbx.

Everything went fine but i am having issues with the action and status sections

my queXS can route calls to sip clients, but when the operator place a call the respondent answer and its doesn't go from requesting ,ringing than answered as specified in user interface document . It just jump from No Call to answered after 58 seconds.

This thing happen 58 seconds after the call has been answered ,

Is there anything i am missed while i was integrating queXS with Voip ?

Another thing : the phone numbers appear as unknown on my sip client , Is this a normal behavior or my extensions are not added right?

Hello,

The issue with the status update is that the status frame is updated every 60 seconds by default. If you need this to occur faster, edit the file status.php and change this line:

xhtml_head(T_("Status"),true,array("css/status.css"),$js,$btext,60);

to something like:

xhtml_head(T_("Status"),true,array("css/status.css"),$js,$btext,10);

(to update every 10 seconds). Please note thought that this will increase the load on your server.

I am not sure of the phone number issue with your SIP client.
