queXML

queXML Schema license question

Hi,

since I'm not quite sure about the implications of the GNU GPL v2 license regarding the queXML schema I wanted to ask if I use it to represent/validate a questionnaire within a mobile application am I obliged to also put the application under the same license?

Hi Dominik,

You won't have to put the whole application under the same license, but to all those you distribute the application to, you must make the queXML schema available to them under the GPL conditions, including any modifications to the schema that you make.
