Error: Could not get qid... on Linux and Windows after import of scanned pdfs

Asked by Denter

I am quite new to queXF/queXML. After having exported a queXML PDF from limesurvey, loading and banding the exported PDF and starting the survey, I tried to upload the filled surveys.

Unfortunately queXF doesn't import my scanned PDFs and fails with the error "Could not get qid..." I have already recreated the survey in limesurvey (and therefore created a new barcode) and tried to import it on Windows 10 (with docker) and on a Debian 10 machine, but always the same error occured.

Does anybody have a clue what the problem is?

Uploaded example files + PDF from limesurvey: [link removed since share is gone]

I use:
tesseract 3.04.01
GhostScript version 9.26

Hi,

queXF currently does not automatically rotate a scanned form to match the original. Please rotate it first so it is the same orientation as the original.

Thanks for the answer!
It now detects the forms.
Unfortunately not the answers (yet). But I‘ve just manually imported them into limesurvey for now.
