How to fix page compatibility issue ?

 everyone,

I m using quexf and now i m facing a issue with bar code detection, all my scans pdf couldn't detect bar code, like i scanned a form after user filled up and upload in "Test form compatibility with queXF " & i am getting this error : https://prnt.sc/kg38hr How to fix it ? anybody can help me ?
