Problems to verify forms

Asked by Rafael Martínez on 2018-08-02

Hi guys.

I'm newbie in queXF and limesurvey but I've managed to install and configure both systems. I can create surveys in limesurvey and I can import them in queXF without problems. Checking the variables and positions of the elements, everything seems perfect. The problem is when I upload a filled survey, the system does not hit a single. However, using the test survey pdf and xml included in the doc folder, everything works perfectly. What am I doing wrong? Can you help me?

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

are your scan pdfs greyscale 300 dpi? i think that can cause issues

yes please confirm the scans are of the correct type as suggested above.

Also you may need to go to the "Page setup" function for that form - and click on "Enable page setup" then once done, click on "Disable page setup". This resets the page alignment values which can sometimes be out of alignment when importing from Limesurvey.
