Failing to import a form

Asked by Greg

Hi!

I am trying to import a simple 2-pages form (issued from Limesurvey) for a demo, but the import fails with the message:

BARCODE: 42554901 BARCODE: 42554902
Failed to insert new questionnaire. Could have conflicting page id's

When testing the form, everything seems correct: 1 barcode detected on each page, no duplicates (imported pages are correctly displayed).

I use the latest queXF version (1.20.2) on a server.

Any idea?

Thanks!
Greg

Edit: a new test with the provided files (test_original.pdf and test_original.xml) gives the same error. Problem with my config file?

Hi Greg,

This error is usually caused by a form with the same id already having been imported as a new questionnaire.

You may need to delete the original one if you are not using it, or create a new form with a new id.

If you are trying to load in the scanned forms, these should be put in a location that the server can access, then use the "Import a directory of files" function.

Hi Adam,

Thanks for your answer.

As the database was empty, I finally restarted the process from the beginning (download archive, create database, etc.) and it now works. Maybe I had a problem with my first download?

Thanks again!
Greg
