Output unverified data is empty

Asked by Nadine

Hi,

after our first problem was kind of easy to solve after your helpful hint, I hope for another easy solution. We are completely new to queXF.

We imported, the test_original.pdf with the banding information, imported the filled pdfs and everything worked fine and we got a perfect data set in output unverified data. We created two new questionnaires with LimeSurvey, imported it with the banding information (all looked good) but importing the filled pdfs leads us to an empty data set. It seems to recognise the barcodes and the pages because the number of records in the data set fits with number of questionnaires.

Looking to error logs gave us the information below [1] but we don't know what it actually tells us. Somehow it seems to give the wrong color, I assume of our checkboxes?

Best, Nadine

Hi Nadine,

Please check the "Page Setup" function and make sure all edges are in the correct spot for that form.

You may need to try clicking "Enable page setup" then "Disable page setup" and try importing the forms again.

If that doesn't help - please send through the ZIP archive created by Limesurvey and an example scanned form to my direct email address and I'll see if I can debug the issue.

Regards,
Adam Zammit

Hi Adam,

thanks again for your quick reply. I have already checked in the Page Setup the edges and they seemed to be fine. But since you recommended it I tried again and changed the boxes slightly. I really needed to zoom it a lot to see that one line was not exactly fitting. And this indeed seemed to be the problem. Now it works.

Thanks a lot.

Best, Nadine
