queXF

Import a new form stops without error message

Hi,

we installed the newest version of queXML and queXF (Linux Server, LAMP, Ubuntu (Trusty)) and everything seemed to work fine: I Imported the test_original.pdf with the banding information, imported the filled pdfs ... and everything worked.

Then I started the entire process with my own questionnaire. We built it with LimeSurvey and importing it in queXML gave us the pdf-questionnaire and banding-information. However, when I imported it in queXF, it seemed to stop without giving me an error message. It just shows the information on seven barcodes (see below) although the questionnaire has ten pages... nothing more happens.

Since the test_questionnaire worked fine, I assume the installation is okay. But might there be anything wrong with the questionnaire built in LimeSurvey? Or is the page number of the questionnaire somehow restricted? Or is there anything wrong with the barcodes? I checked they are unique for each page.

Looking forward to any ideas and hints.

Hi Nadine,

Can you check the PHP /Apache error logs and see if it assists? It could be an available memory issue.

If this doesn't help - please send through the form to my direct email address and I'll see if I can debug the issue.

thanks for you quick reply. The error logs indeed assisted. The questionnaire was too long in the sense that we needed to extend the upload time.
