How the coder/operator can access the job list

Our IT setup the server for us to use this tool.

so the admin access link is like below, which works. we can go through all the setup steps.
http://[servername]/admin/index.php

but how the coders/operators can access the job list to start coding? we tried the link below and it says 'no operator'
http://[servername]/

please advise. thanks!

Hi Wendy,

This error is due to server side authentication not being set up.

Please set this up - if you are using Apache you could use:

https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_auth_basic.html

Once you have added users that have basic authentication enabled, you can then add them as operators to queXC and assign them to work.
