How can I translate this to Filipino?

Hi, I saw this at Ubuntu Translators Facebook page, bu I cannot seem to translate this app to my mother tongue, which is Filipino. Thanks!

Thanks for your interest in translating Qreator into Filipino!

Looking at your Launchpad profile, you should have permissions to do the translations, but you need to tell Launchpad which languages you’re interested in translating into.

To set your preferred languages in Launchpad, go to the Launchpad Translations page [1] and click on the Change your preferred languages link. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be ready to start translating.
