How add custom toolbar button "Add Note"?

I know there is "Strg+A" for adding a note or comment.
What have I to add in the settings to get such button?

And is there already a list of custom buttons available?

I like your program very much and have set as standard for pdf.

In Mint forum I got these now:
lastPage,search,separator,copyToClipboardMode,addAnnotationMode

I added it and I'm happy now. Solved.
