Qimo installer does not load

I tried following the installation instructions at the following link http://www.cvtn.com/QimoVolMan.pdf. The Qimo installer never loads. I can run Qimo off the CD but i would prefer to install on my hard drive. Thanks.

It's possible you don't have enough memory to run the installer. This often happens if your computer meets only the very minimum specs and you have an on-board graphics card, which will reserve some portion of the main memory for it's own use.
