Speed of whole torrent changes when you change one file?

Is the whole torrent supposed to change to maximum when you change one file? Not all the files, but the top level of the torrent?

maximum what? (maximum speed does not make sense to me).

What did you change exactly? In which dialog? What happened exactly? and what did you expect to happen?

Sorry, I don't think this is an issue. I cannot duplicate it. It must have been a random occurrence with some of the jaunty libraries...
