How to become a seeder?

Well, I have downloaded some torrent and it's contents.
Let it be the files I've downloaded are located in ~/Film/NewFilm/
Besides that I have got a torrent file NewFilem.torrent is located in ~/Film folder

I want to become seeding this folder. How can I do this? I can't find any option to open existing torrent, choose folder where files are start beign seeding

Hi there.

Torrent files use a client, what happens when you double click on the torrent fille to launch it? If you have already downloaded the files then to seed you only need to leave the torrent client open, and it will seed the file for you.

Post back if you are using gnome or kde and i can give futher instructions
