"Be careful, sharing copyrighted material without permission is against the law." message

When i first started qbittorrent this initial message (Be careful, sharing copyrighted material without permission is against the law.) intrigued me.
I dont know who came up with this idea, but in many countries it is in fact legal to share any (or at least some) kind of copyrighted material. For example in Poland you can legally download movies and music, but not software. So I think you should stop misleading users and remove this message or modify it somehow to be more accurate.

Actually, this message was added after DADVSI law was voted by European Union. I thought that this law was applied everywhere in European Union (It is in France anyway).

I'll check and edit (or maybe remove this message). Thanks for reporting this.

Fixed in #1761. Message was simply removed.
