What version are you using? I believe this problem was already fixed in recent RCs.

I have moved the torrents directory, and when i open qBittorent i see that the downloads is on 0% i lose with this 3 gigabytes of download , changing the configuration to the actual torrents directory location don't resolve the problem, i'm using the version 1.0.0rc11.

I put a screen shot as attachment to help understand what's is the problem.

You should probably:
- Close qBittorrent
- Delete fastresume files in ~/.qbittorrent/BT_Backup
- Launch qBittorrent

This should force qbittorrent/libtorrent to recheck the torrents on startup and you should not lose what you already downloaded.
