Add support for afraid.org free dyndns service

Can we have support for afraid.org dyndns service in the WebUI preferences?

http://freedns.afraid.org/scripts/freedns.clients.php

Their dns update routine is pretty much straightforward

I cannot bring support for all dyndns service out there. I wrote support for the 2 major services, which should cover most of the users. If someone else write the code, I'm not against merging the patch but I cannot spend time on this myself.

Frankly, I'm still not convinced it was a great idea to add dyndns support to qBittorrent in the first place. This is not really qbittorrent's job to do this in my opinion.

Can you help with this problem?
