Change Torrent Save Location

Asked by Jeffery Fernandez

I am not sure if this has been requested before. This is my scenario:

I downloaded a torrent file. The browser requested to lauch qBittorrent to open the downloaded torrent file. qBittorrent starts and brings up the save dialog box. I check the properties to load the torrent in paused state. I then click ok before forgetting to select the location to save the torrent. I realise that the location to save the torrent is the last know location which was selected for the previous torrent I downloaded.

Problem:
The torrent has not started, and I cannot change the location of the torrent to somewhere else. Is it possible to be able to change the location of the torrent save path if the torrent has not started? I understand it would be a problem if the torrent has already started.

In fact, libtorrent even allows to change the save path after the torrent is started. Please file a feature request (or even better, a blueprint), I'll add this for v1.1.0.
