Do RSS feeds support HTTPS?

Asked by Geoffrey Fairchild

I have an RSS feed I've added, and qBittorrent doesn't seem to be able to read the feed (uTorrent reads it just fine). The feed is over HTTPS and not HTTP, and I'm wondering if that's why it's not updating. Is there a way to get the execution log to display RSS info/errors?

https://bugs.launchpad.net/qbittorrent/+bug/556567 says that apparently HTTPS feeds are supported, but that's not what I'm seeing. I'm seeing a red X next to my feed.

Oh, and to be clear, I'm using the Windows version (v2.9.0) on Windows 7 x64.

Upgraded to 2.9.2, and it's working now. Could be coincidental (maybe an issue with the RSS feed I was using). Thanks!
