Seeding Difficulties

Connections are green and downloading seems to work, but there is no seeding once the download has completed. I noticed a suggestion to boost connections and upload slots, this has been to no avail. I forced protocol encryption, this, too, has no effect. It is admittedly a possible ISP throttling issue, but not one that I was experiencing even a couple of days ago with Deluge. I am properly connected to trackers and reporting available seeds and peers, there just aren't any connections occurring.

Is this a common problem, is it related to qBittorrent lacking certain features or having certain features enabled/disabled, and is there anything that can be recommended to resolve this situation?

qBittorrent is a GUI and I don't see why it would prevent you from seeding. You may have some wrong settings (and libtorrent team would be able to help you there). If they say this is an issue with qBittorrent (anything is possible ;), then please tell me.
