libtorrent 0.13 needed

hello, i have a vew problems installing/ compiling qBittorrent. first what happened i needed Qt 4.3 and the svn in the howto just installed Qt 4.29 or something..

oh and in the howto compiling the libtorrent it says
You should now have the latest libtorrent svn in libtorrent/ folder. You will notice that there is no configure file provided. Hence, you must generate it yourself by issuing the following commands:
cd libtorrent
rm -f config.cache
rm -fr autom4te.cache
autoheader
aclocal -I m4
libtoolize -c -f
automake --add-missing --copy --gnu
autoconf

by typing autoheader it gives me an error, well anyway its the wrong libtorrent

now libtorrent 0.13 is asked, but from where do i get it?? via synaptic i just found version 0.12 and via google don´t help as well,

you know what i have to do? would be pleased & very thanks
