Just so you know, this is a network protocol so this has nothing to do with qBittorrent. This should be handled by libtorrent-rasterbar.

As a matter of fact, I have already posted a feature request regarding uTP on libtorrent bug tracker. libtorrent author has been working on this for quite some time and it should be functional already. As a consequence, we should benefit from this soon in qBittorrent.

Just so you know, libtorrent author is working for Bittorrent Inc. So don't worry, qBittorrent should stay close to uTorrent.
