What is Download here in the watched folder?

In the option Check folders for .torrent Files :

1: What is (download here) ?

2: When (download here) is not checked , folder watching functions and loads torrents , is this the correct behavior ?

3: I can't add a second watched folder and I just keep getting a blank page is this normal ?

P.S : I can add screenshots for question 3. And I can open bug reports if you want.

1) "Download here" means that the torrents loaded from this watched folder will be downloaded in this watched folder (instead of the regular download path).

2) Yes. "Download here" is about download location, not loading behavior.

3) I would like a screenshot indeed. Is that using the Web UI? It may simply be a Javascript error. What browser are you using?
