Qarte

using fedora rpm with opensuse

i try to install , under opensuse 13.1 x86_64 , Qarte with http://www.oqapy.eu/releases/qarte-2.8.0-1.fc22.noarch.rpm

i get an error message :

nothing provides PyQt4 needed by qarte-2.8.0-1.fc22.noarch

then i install python-qt4 4.10.3

then
i got again the same error message

when i tried to install python-qt4-devel yast want to install many many files i assume for python development .

so i prefer to not install the rpm .
