How can I install it in Fedora?

I downloaded it, but I have no idea how to install it. In this way, I can't install ReText.

You should open the Terminal, cd to the Python-Markups directory and do "sudo python3 setup.py install". In the very near future, you'll be able to install ReText and all the dependencies using just "easy_install ReText".
