reject softfail status for specific domain

Hello,

it's possible to reject specific domain if result is Softfail ?

i mean if i have 2 incoming mail from a.com and b.com, both of domain result is Softfail. but i only want block for domain a.com

Not directly from within the policy server, but you can do it using postfix restriction classes. See the README.per_user_whitelisting provided in the package for an example of treating different domains specially based on SPF result. It's oriented towards whitelist, not rejection, but the same concepts could be applied to achieve the result you are looking for.
