Hello,

I have the same problem:
UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0x93 in position 0: ordinal not in range(128)

I'm using the foloowing system:
fedora 16 3.4.2-1.fc16.x86_64 #1 SMP
pypolicyd-spf-1.0
authres-0.402
dkimpy-0.5.2
pydns-2.3.6
pyspf-2.0.7
PyYAML-3.10

Can You help with this problem?
