Hi, sure it's possible and as a matter of fact I have created one for Python 2.6 and MQ 7.0 a couple of days ago. I don't want to upload it yet because it's based partly on branch lp:507617 and in parts on lp:553851 - I will create a proper installer for AMD64 Windows for the yet to be released PyMQI 1.1 once I merge all the branches back to trunk. That should be a matter of the next few months.

I've just released PyMQI 1.1 and uploaded Windows AMD64 binaries to https://launchpad.net/pymqi/+download
