pylinkgrammar

need your help for linkgrammar

Hi, I am a university student in Korea.
I have experiment on Link-Gramma with python.
I found this binding Program, but actually I don't know anything. because there were no description.
May i ask how install pylinkgramma, or get some manual.

I installed MinGW-5.1.4, cmake-2.6.4, link-grammar-4.6.1
