Pyjama does support theming! You can use any GNOME- application theme to make Pyjama exactly look like you want it to. Just download and extract one of these theme- archives to "/home/
pyjama -l
This will tell you, which themes has been found. Now you can run any of these themes by using it's name or number:
pyjama -t THEME
A very easy way to get some themes is, to just run
pyjama -p
this will download a collection of 8 more or less nice themes and copy them to the right place.
