Can py3exiv2 be compiled on Windows?

I'd like to install py3exiv2 on a Windows 10 system using pip. The package needs some C++ files to be compiled, but this fails when compiling exiv2wrapper.cpp because it cannot find 'exiv2/image.hpp'. I'm using the Visual Studio Visual C++ Build tools 2015. Is there a way to easily fix this? Or can a wheel be provided for Windows please, so it does not have to be compiled?
