Purple

works offline?

I like this but I was under the impression it worked offline. Am I wrong?
Or did it just not work right?
If I update it with the tarz..... do I save or open or what?
I am new to linux but love what I have so far.

Purple does not currently work offline. Purple pulls its results in real time from an online service called Wordnik.

I have plans to make purple capable of being used offline, but it will take some time to get there, and the results could not be identical. (It would have to use a different dictionary source)
