Hi. You should be able to access any Psiphon 2.x service from a Mac.
If you want to run a Psiphon 2.x server on OS X, this should be possible. However, you will not be able to use our installation scripts which rely on apt-get for installing dependencies. All those dependencies should be readily available for OS X.

(Although there is no Mac OS X version of Psiphon 3 available yet.)
