Content from my blog has been copied even though when i had creative commons license, please suggest how to protect ?

Good Day, I write a blog however it seems to me that content of my blog has been copied by someone else. The reason i think so is because when i entered my blog URL " http://pandyapushpendrakumar.blogspot.com " on the http://www.copyscape.com site i found one result which says one item copied ( 1 result found for) . It leads me to another site which is ( http://clipped.in/taxonomy/term/23140 ) ............. i have now added a banner from copyscape to avoid further plagiarism.

Can please suggest me anything else besides this as well ? I really don't want this thing to happen in future again.
